What a beautiful day we enjoyed at the Meijer Gardens for our first DAY AWAY of the Summer! A large group of members showed up to enjoy the stunning Chihuly exhibits inside and outside set into the gardens. Some members took the fun tram throughout and others enjoyed a leisurely walk to view the glass sculptures up close. We culminated with a delicious lunch in the Garden café. Dale Chihuly created his “Magnum Opus” for the gardens, with 12 installations and a full gallery of work inside. This must-see exhibit will be on display until November 1.
